BH Feature: Flash Da Jagwar

My name is Flash and I am an artist seeking positive venues to showcase my music. My music is a well balanced blend of non-explicit lyrics with Caribbean, Dancehall and Hip Hop tracks which I like to call the FMX  (Flash Music Xperience).

Please see my bio that I have enclosed for your review in case you are not yet familiar with me. I bring fun, a breathe of fresh air along with a sense of passion and professionalism for my music.

~Flash da Belizean Jagwar~

Caribbean people are known for their love of music and Flash is no different. Flash aka Da Belizean Jagwar, being an entertainer is pure genetics. Being a Belizean, via New York City and Los Angeles, Flash was able to grasp his calling and take the family musical baton and find his niche as a hip hop/Caribbean artist.

His grandfather, Mr. Robert Reneau, Sr, was one of the premier entertainers in Belize, Central America. He wrote, directed, composed, sang and danced. Anything to do with the arts, he did it. Flash's uncle, Ernest "Nesto" Tillet, is an accomplished vocalist celebrating over 50yrs in entertainment. His dad, Robert "Junior" Reneau was a popular DJ in NYC during the 70's.

Entertaining just comes natural to Flash. "Being an entertainer means being different and offering what the audience desires. Give the people their money's worth". While attending UCLA, Flash became a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. and quickly made an impact on the stepshow circuit by becoming a champion stepmaster. He was also a principal choreographer and dancer for Montell Jordan's video,

"This Is How We Do It".

“Fusion” is the best way to describe Flash’s music. His style, (FMX)“Flash Music Xperience” is a well balanced blend of non-explicit lyrics over Caribbean, Dancehall and Hip Hop tracks produced by long-time friend, DJ and producer, DJ Cali. Their first collaborative effort, “Da Headbanga Project” featured the hit “Jagwar’s Coming”, which was picked up in Belize and used as the background music for the commercials advertising the Annual Belize Music Awards. The CD is basically an introduction of Flash to the world. If you wanted to know what he was about, all one needs to do is pop this in and let it play from beginning to end. Always encouraging a good time, from the first track, “Where Da Party At”, to the soca monster “Lemme C U”, you cannot help but dance!

Performing all over Southern California at various venues to Chicago at the Annual Belize Celebration Festival to New York and Miami just to name a few locations.  Flash was able to garner radio airplay via internet programs and was voted #1 song 4 months in a row on the “Open Mic Show” in Long Beach, California.

Flash shot his first video for “Here Comes Da Jagwar”, which is a follow up to “Jagwar’s Coming”. The song has been a major hit with its catchy chorus and hook alongside the beats by DJ Cali. The song leads into his sophomore release, “Wait Til I Git Thru”  which was released on his birthday in 2008. This is a full package CD that everyone will find at least one song to call their own. The ladies will love “Nice Ting” as the hip hop nation will give it up for “Who’s Got Next?” Not forgetting his Caribbean/Belizean roots, “Just Can’t Git Enuf” will satisfy all appetites.

It’s no surprise that the FMX is rolling full steam ahead with a bright future while picking up fans along the way to enjoy the fun, musical ride.

Lesson 2 A Boss And His Women

Lesson 2
A Boss & His Women:
Okay so i was walking down my street the other day and a guy approached me like "ayo ma lemme rap to you for a min". Was that a big mistake ! This dude starts talking about oh mami this and mami that and how much he balling and get paid and what not. Now fellahs there is nothing more of a turn off to a girl than a dude talking bout his money and how he is making moves ect. ect. unless she is a gold digging type of chick or a chick with low standards. Men us ladies dont want to hear about what you have or what you do we want to see it. We ladies want to see a men making moves/making money now that is a turn on for us. Then we have (boys) as i call them who claim they are gown and have money out the ass but then still live at home with their mom if you cannot support yourself then what makes me think you can support me 2?! Fellahs take note ! A Boss makes sure his shit is straight before he brings someone new into his life, he makes sure everything is in place drives his own cars makes his own money and supports himself. No baby momma drama no 5-8 kids no side chicks. A real man doesn't approach a woman talking about "hey ma" or "ay boo" or "aye shawty". My men get some class and some new vocabulary let a women know there is more to you then just an ignorant mind.

Pointers:

  • Take your lady out for a romantic night turn your phone off your two way your beeper everything off ! Romance her and make the night all about her.
  • Go to a restaurant that you've never been to before. Something fancy but doesn't have to be over the top as long as the food is good and the place is elegant.
  •  Make sure she knows how much she means to you. Even if that means telling her you love her every 10mins this shows her that your heart is in it and that you care for her just as much as she does for you.
  • When the night is just getting started after dinner take her back to your house and show her how your living. Take out a nice bottle of wine and woo her while you enjoy each others company.
  • NOW REMEMBER fellahs bosses don't beg for sex nor ask for it . By the end of the night shorty should be feeling you so much all you'll have to do is look and her and she'll be all over you like there's no tomorrow !
Keep these simple few steps in mind and I am sure you'll be on your way to becoming a boss !
