Bio:
My music industry career started in 2005 as an assistant to the Co-CEO of a then, DVD Magazine, The Urban Assault. In 2008 I started working with Will Hustle Multimedia as a personal assistant and Public Relations rep. Through major networking at this time I was able to branch out and continue with my own endeavors. I am now doing marketing work with artists like DJ Smallz, Dreamlife Productions, Nokio of Dru Hill and more. I also started a Modeling Agency in 2009 with models that are actively booking jobs. They have been featured in videos by Paul Wall, Mike Jones, Dorrough, Hurricane Chris and More. Less than 1 year of my modeling agency being in business we received a Southern Entertainment award nomination for "Modeling Agency Of The Year".
What does Boss Hog mean to you?
A Boss Hog is a person who handles their business like a true boss should. They sit at the head of the table and people answer to them. They make things happen.
What makes you a Certified Boss Hog?
I'm a Boss Hog because I have worked hard for mine. I go out and get everything and I've accomplished a lot because of it. I've been in the industry for a short time and have met and worked with some of the industry's finest.
What kind of Boss moves do you make?
I run my own modeling agency over over 12 girls and 4 guys. I work with many artists on their PR and Marketing needs and have been instrumental in a lot of artist/dj's careers.
What to you is your number one Boss Rule?
Dont burn bridges you know you'll need to cross later. Shoutout to Kim Ellis for that one!
What made you want to get into what you're doing now?
I've always wanted to be a part of the music industry. I used to sing, I choreograph, I even wanted to direct music videos. I found my niche as a business woman.
What's your motivation? What keeps you on your grind? God, My passion for what I do and my son are my motivation. Without those three, I'd be useless!
Who do you give Boss Hog props to?
Everyone that has helped me along the way whether it was their teachings, or just allowing me to take part in their career and success. So many to name, but Thank You for having faith in me.
