The Hood Diaries Mixtape Series Submission Policy

1. Unless otherwise noted, all submissions are subject to a $5 submission fee, this fee is non-refundable * FOR FEE WAIVER TALK TO KISHEZ

2. Artists can submit as many times as they want, subject to the $5 submission fee for each submission
3. Kishable Ent. and Turn It Up Ent., The Hood Diaries Mixtape is in no way liable for your upload, you indemnify Kishable Ent. and Turn It Up Ent. from any claims or arbitrations that may arise from your use of media and copyrighted materials
4. All submissions will be screened by an employee of Kishable Ent. and Turn It Up Ent. and listened to in their entirety
5. Kishable Ent. and Turn It Up Ent. will select five (5) winning songs each volume of the mixtape series to be placed, printed and duplicated on CD and mailed to you with promotional materials. (Different Series)
6. All other submissions will be placed on a The Hood Diaries Mixtape
7. All submissions will receive placement on the Audio page for streaming and comments from the public.
8. All submissions will get a username and password with access to the Artist Login where they can make an artist profile on the website, etc.
9. All decisions on selections will be solely subject to Kishable Ent. and Turn It Up Ent. and its employees and managers.
10. Kishable Ent. and Turn It Up Ent. will in no way steal or use your information or music without your express permission, by submitting your track into the weekly contest you give The Hood Diaries Mixtape the non-exclusive right to place your material on a single mixtape for promtional use only. Kishable Ent. and Turn It Up Ent. in NO way ever sells music or mixtapes and will not benefit financially from exploitation of your music.
11. All submissions will receive confirmation through email as well as feedback through email when the track is placed. please make sure your email address is valid and look out for emails coming from The Hood Diaries Mixtape (Yahoo and some other email services put our messages in spam so be sure to check your spam folder as well)
